Two ways to join us

EXPERIENCED MAKER

Marine Canvas & Upholstery Fabricator

$26–$30 / hour

20–40 hours per week · On site

Make custom covers, enclosures and cushions. Bring experience in marine canvas, upholstery, automotive upholstery or a related craft.

Work across canvas and cushions; a stronger background in one area is welcome.
Take measurements, make patterns and check the fit aboard boats when needed.

Pay depends on skills and experience, with a review every three months during your first year.

LEARN THE TRADE

Sewing & Fabrication Helper

$19–$21 / hour

At least 20 hours per week · On site

Learn a marine trade. Help prepare materials, cut, sew and finish custom canvas and cushions alongside our experienced team.

No marine experience needed. Sewing, fabric work and personal making projects all count.
Build your skills in the workshop, with occasional boat visits for measuring and fitting.

Starting pay depends on experience, with a skills and pay review every three months.

Time off & benefits

5 paid days in year one, available after 90 days; 10 per year after one year, under our PTO policy. Employee discount included.
